Low profile conveyors fit in tight spaces. Lightweight, they are easy to handle and maintain. A wide choice of lengths, widths and options makes them a perfect fit for almost any type of application that requires a dependable, easy to move, minimal height conveyors.

We also offer conveyors that can pivot six standard angles (15, 30, 45, 60, 75 and 90 degree) and have five different frame configurations. Frame configurations include the QCL (horizontal to incline), QCR (incline to horizontal), QCZ (horizontal to incline to horizontal), QCN (incline to horizontal to decline and QCU (decline to horizontal to incline).

A variety of belt options are available.

In addition, belt changes can be made in less than 5 minutes. All bearings are equipped with seals and incorporate grease fittings for ease of lubrication while conveyors are running.

Conveyors are available in standard and corrosion-resistant styles. A variety of sides, guides, stands, mounts and drive packages are available.

Heavy-duty low-profile belt conveyors, featuring widths to 60 inches and lengths to 100 feet. This design is available in standard, corrosion-resistant, wash-down and magnetic versions. Load carrying capacities peak at 1000 lb, speeds can reach 2000 fpm.

Drive packages offer a heavy-duty timing belt and pulley design, providing a range of belt speeds and quiet operation. Drive bearings are self-aligning and equipped with seals and grease fittings for lubrication while the conveyor is running.
