Application:

The manufacture brings in pallets of processed product that will be processed and integrated into the final product. 

 

Problem:

The pallet of product must be broken down and the product transported to the assembly area. The areas are not accessible for the lift trucks thereby making the transport of this product very labor intensive.

 

Solution:

Bishamon Mobil Lifts are incorporated into the unloading and transport process. The Mobil Lift is loaded and as the load height builds the lift can be lowered to accommodate the workers comfort level. The load is then transported into the work cell where the operator can process individual parts then transport to another processing cell. The result is less bending, reaching and stretching and reduced worker fatigue. The Mobil Lift increases productivity and efficiency.
